"Hopscotch"

The kids indoor version of hopscotch. Besides the occasional slippage it's a fun game.

Send in the Clowns

The Spriggs and Berini's went to the circus yesterday. Not only was it at the Staples Center which is always enjoyable, but we were also in a suite. This allowed Connor and Isaac to change seats about 100 times without bothering anyone but their parents. The dessert cart is always a plus, too, except when Camryn knocks over the entire basket of forks all over the floor so the poor dessert guy doesn't have any forks to give out. Oops.

The day started with lunch and some games at ESPNZone. Always a good time.

The kids enjoying some air hockey, a Kelli favorite. I'm glad to see they inherited something good from me. It was the slowest game of air hockey ever played, but at least they are practicing.

Look at that intensity. Good stuff.

Connor's bowling end zone dance.

And his cheering section.

The kids (and adults) got a little bored in the first half with all the acrobats and clowns. Connor pretty much just stuffed his face with popcorn. My favorite part of the day was when he first saw the elephants. He was sitting on my lap with his popcorn cup and as soon as he saw them he threw the cup on the floor and yelled "elephants". It was like the most exciting thing he had ever seen. It must of been for him to relinquish his kung fu grip on his popcorn.

Camryn and her usual "Take a picture of me" bit after I took some of Connor. Poor child. Her vanity is so neglected.

Those are Isaac's fingers on the lens. I guess he wanted Jaime to take his picture instead of ours.

Yes, that giant box with the elephant on it was full of popcorn. Stomach ache anyone?

They both somehow lasted until 6pm after waking up at 6:30am (after a bedtime of 10:30 mind you). This is their post-circus/evening nap.

We Need Mickey

We've had a few trips to Disneyland as of late, but my camera only worked for one of them. Please refer to the several previous posts of Disneyland trips if needed.

Clowning around with the cousins.

Snug in jammies waiting for the Electrical Parade.

Nothin' like sugaring up your kid at 9:00 at night. That's just good parenting.

Must...keep...watching...lights...but...so...tired...

Who Needs Mickey to Have Fun?

It was time for another trip to Adventure City with the Villafana's. Dizzying rides, heat, popcorn and petting disgusting animals= a good time had by all.

World Cup 2027

Heather introduced her kids to LMU when she was here. We took the time to brush up on soccer skills on Hannon field while on the visit (as well as visit the bookstore, of course).

Nikos looks a little bit stalkerish in this picture, but it's still cute.

Romios Visit

We were treated to a visit by Heather and the Romios children last week. We had a Nikos and Olive Meet and Greet at our house since no one in LA believed that Heather actually had children since we had never met them. Turns out she does really have kids and they are really cute. Here are the group kid pictures. Some day they will all be smiling and looking at the camera. Not this day, though. To answer your questions, yes, Olive is in a doll stroller, not a real stroller and yes, it appears that Isaac is feeling Connor's huge biceps.

Graduation Day

Connor "graduated" from his Emerson Mommy and Me class. It was actually kind of sad because we probably won't be able to do the next class and we've been there since Camryn was a baby.

Posing with Teacher Kathy with his diploma.

Waiting patiently for all the kids to get their diplomas since he went first.
